Cancellation Policy

Any order may be cancelled if written notice is received prior to dispatch. If you do need to cancel an order for any reason please email bottegabubamarauk@gmail.com

Return Policy

We do hope you are happy with your new Baby Sling and will do our best to help you with any troubles, questions or queries. For help, email us at bottegabubamarauk@gmail.com

If however, you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and would like to return the item, we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase (excluding your delivery costs) provided the item is returned:

 - Within 14 days of delivery

- The item is returned unused, in re-saleable condition

- With proof of payment (invoice or confirmation email) .

Unfortunately we cannot issue any exchanges or refunds if the above criteria are not fully met.

We also recommend that any returns be sent by Recorded Delivery as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in the post.
